Let's prepare Punjabi(PMS)

AoA,

Is there any one who can guide me about PMS Punjabi essays.Which topics are important ? I have karavan's book with very few essays n I don't know where to get the material regarding essays.

Plz any one of you having some notes or points or topics then plz share them with us.

I made my own notes for CSS 2010 and alhamdolillah sailed through in its written portion and now a days waiting for interview result.
I have opted punjabi for PMS as well.
