hi frndz,
i wan 2 tak IR instead of US history in PMS, should i ?plzz recomnd the books which can b helpful .thnx

That's right if you have grip over IR, go for it.
I would recommend Prakash Chandar's, And Palmer & Perkins books and read International magazines about Inter-state relations.

thnx,but @ibrar i will study it as subject for the first time ,so when to study it from the scratch.will these books will be easy for me to understnd ? or you will recomend some other basic books .

Well, I think Prakash Chandar's book is easy to understand the basics As you said you have not studied the subject earlier than Palmer & Perkins will be a bit difficult to understand even though the book is fairly comprehensive.
I would suggest to start Prakash Chandar with respect to syllabus and as for as the "Issues" in International relations are concerned, you can read Jehangir world times, Foreign policy magazine, Foreign Affairs magazine for that.
