I'v applied for PMS 2014 with following optional subjects;
Punjabi
Geography
Psychology

i want to change two of my optional subject, how to do this at the moment, i need your help seniors.

Change of optional subjects is not allowed.
However, when PPSC readvertised CCE-11, they had given an option to change the subjects by applying again.
If the verdict of the court goes in favour of candidates and PMS is readvertised then possibly you will have an option to change the subjects. But not sure, whether PPSC gives this option or not.

So my advice to you is that you should prepare your current subjects without wasting time.

you can't change yours subjects on this stage because it is very clearly mention in the advertisement
No. change/addition/deletion/alteration of optional subjects mentioned at the time of submission of application form will be made and no further representation will be entertained. Subsequent change in the selection of optional subjects shall not be allowed.

Although PPSC does not allow this. You can have your chance by visiting the regional office of PPSC which is near to your location :-

Main Office
PUNJAB PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION,

Regional Office - Rawalpindi
H.No.613, Chaklala Scheme No.3, Lane No.8,
Rawalpindi.

Regional Office - Multan

You can make plea that your optional subjects were erroneously selected via applying online because you are not expert at computer handling & the process was mistaken by you.

You can ask for a personal hearing by PPSC & explain the matter to them.

There is a slight hope that they may grant you this liberty if you can satisfy them.

But you will have to take pain and you may have to make some visits to their office.

Also, do not explain the whole story to everyone in PPSC rather meet at least an Assistant Director or above & tell him in details. Otherwise staff of PPSC would not pay attention to your request.

There is a slight chance and you can sneak it too.

Tell them its a matter of your future and request an interview of Competent Officer / Authority for explaining the matter to him.
