Well,in answer to this question,we need to elaborate the pre-Islamic (Indus Valley civilization) ,Arab &Ottoman influences that moulded the languages arts,crafts,dresses, architecture, living etc. of the subcontinent and their improvements under the rule of various dynasties...which finally led towards defining the culture of Pakistan
