assalam w alikum bhai koi mje guide karskta he me m.a final ka exam duga ab Pass hone ke bad Inshallah me lecturership ki tayaari karna chahta hun koi meri rahnumae kare ke abi se me kese tayari shuru karun plzzzzz koi guide kare

first of all briefly go through your subject.then refer to few good books from css syllabus that are recomended by fpsc,this will give you a good command over your subject,and do solve past papers of css especially their mcqs.
till next advertisement of lecturer you will gather plenty of relevant data about your subject which will ultimately help you in not only lecturer exam,but interview of every post whose written test you will clear.for expert opinions of seniors please keep visiting this forum

I have called PPSC help line, they said if your qualification option is available on the link of equivalent qualification given on the ppsc web then no need for equivalence certificate.
Mine is MBA finance for lecturer commerce.
