Lecturer /. Noc. / DPC. /. Contract employes
 

I am a contract employe of govt of punjab with less than 2 years of service in bps 17.
My boss is no forwarding my application for noc/ dpc to secretary .

But i want to apply for lecturer post which is permanent job.

I do not want my previous service to be considered.
And in case of selection i can resign from contract job with out assigning any reason according to the contract policy.

Now.. my question is that.... Can i apply for lecturer post with out noc/dpc.
By selecting govt servic yes in ppsc apication form and entering date of joining and length of service. But selecting no for question have you obtained noc?

Will by doing this
1. Ppsc will consider my application and eligible? Or will demand noc at later stage even if i do not want my previois service to be counted?

2. Will by doing this my department have any rule to take action against me?

3. Will ppsc take any action.. as i have not concealed any infotmation.. i just mention. That i am govt servant.. provided details of job..and mention that i have not obtained noc.

Go ahead and if you got selected, then simply resign from your job when final result is announced and there will be sufficient time for things to be settled between resignation and next joining .

They ask for noc at time of interview not test....i think your application will be considered whether you enter yes or no in n.o.c section...n.o.c is needed at the time of interview,and then also if you dont have it they give you one or two day time to submit the required documents

Select yes in n.o.c obtained section....prepare well for your test...in the meantime try to use some approach to convince your boss to forward your n.o.c if he doesn't you could atleat keep a copy with yourself that you applied for n.o.c but due to departmental sluggishness its still in the pipleline...and at the end if you are called for interview you could use some means to pacify your your boss (you know what i mean :p )

Mean to say is it legaly wrong?

And will it be necessry to prodice noc or not if got in intervew

Should if conceal from i terview panel about job
Or should tell them about it.

If i tell
And have no noc

What will panel do?
