They ask introduce yourself in English so you must prepare it in English and later on they ask other questions usually in urdu and english mix so you can answer them in mix language too.

If I introduced myself in Urdu language that what would be the scenario of whole interview?

Well I think , I won't bother them and you will feel more confident . COnfidence is all that matters.

It is only my assumption.

Yes that's my point because last time I was too much confused about English and I made too much blunder in whole interview because i am little bit weak in English language.

well I would suggest to speak the language in which you feel confident and comfortable.

When you enter in room, usually first they ask you to introduce yourself. It would be awkward if you introduce in Urdu because they asked you in English. After Intro is done, they will ask questions related to your subject, then you can reply in Urdu. Don't seek for permission, just discuss in language you are comfortable. They are more concerned about your command on subject. The main thing is to convey your point clearly.
