Default PPSC lecturership . Equivalance from HEC or QEDC?
Dear members kindly guide me about

1. Does PPSC accept equivalance certificate of HEC for lecturer post.
As in queries on PPSC website in some places it is wriiten that PPSCaccept and at some places it is written ppsc does not accept HEC certificate. And QEDC equivalance is required.

2. I searched on internet about QEDC of Higher education department but found no information. How i can apply for this?
