So far my knowledge and the previous papers are concerned, the above-mentioned syllabus is suited only for FPSC's lecturers posts. PPSC English Lecturer tests doesn't include Educational Methodologies etc at all or to some extent.
So the above mentioned book can only be helpful for FPSC English Lecturer post's preparation.
