According to my experience,you just need to be confident honest in your replies.you should know basic concepts of your subject & few important current news related to your field.if you speak fluent english then it adds up to your impression.

Remember, the success in Interview is based upon two principles: what you respond & the way you respond.
The factual & opinion based questions are asked. You should make sure to answer every opinion based query & you may apologize for a factual question because it's not possible to always know the exact answer but you should give your opinion on any matter they raise.

Be confident there, have eye-contact & body language must be positive in that 8-10 minutes interval

I also passed the written test of ppsc lecturer 2015 with 80+ score but didnot qualify the interview i dont know why? Really disappointed
