I have got my degree in Literature. So, I have no idea about Linguistics. Can you please suggest any book or guide which can help me to prepare or in case, if you can share any material, please do so. I'd be grateful.

I suggest 'The Study of Language' by George Yule. It will give you the basics of linguistics.

Have a look at the English section of http://mcqs4all.com, Looks to be a very helpful website for test preparation.
