This is a sheer injustice and I do hope they will answer you positively. Because this is a technical mistake , vacancies on any quota can not be transferred to open merit if suitable candidate is available.

Yes i have checked my dmc..i got 73 marks in interview..60 in written test and 33 out of 40 in academics...secondly apko koii idea hai k result withheld hney ka matlb hta hai??kyo k jo dosra candidate hai uska result withheld kia hwa hai N.O.C na hney ki wja se...

Dear , I have seen the list. The result has been withhold by the commission for not providing NOC. So, gentleman commission has provisionally selected the mentioned candidate and withhold his result . Definitely commission has provided a time to allow him furnish the NOC.à

Simply, you have not been recommended because there was only one seat on minority's quota.

Hmm..this means that my chapter is closed...but i think his seat is also in danger as on my dmc it is clearly written that 10 seats for open merit and 2 seats for women quota.anyway thanakyou very much for your support and advice.

But you can still claim it . As per my knowledge no vacancy on any qouta can be transferred to open merit if suitable candidate is available. As you were 2 candidates on minority quota, and you along with other got the aggregate passing marks in interview. And for the post both of you were suitable available candidates. Now PPSC decided to select the top merit candidate between both of you . His result was withhold.It means for the post second suitable candidate should be considered, which should be you. In case you didn't qualify then there would be no other suitable candidate .Ten PPSC could transfer this post to open merit. I think you have first right on the post then any other.
