Nab ad vs Tehsildar
 

which one is best in every aspect ?

I am under training Tehsildar , one of my colleague was Ad nab, he resigned to join Tehsildar. If you are from punjab, tehsildar is king there, better than director NAB. now you yuorself decide :)

I think AD/Director is far better than that of Tehsildar. Because of grade scale, appearent power and fame as well. If you want to do enormeous malpracticie; if you are inclined to that in case, thrist for money. Then go for Tehsildar. In my view Tehsildar is better in tersm of money not power like NAB.It is my opinion, one can disagree with that..

Both have their pros and cons :pp

1. Tehsildar is an administrative Post. It is independent as well. In fata, tehsildar is not less than a King. In cities, particulary large ones, tehsildar earns in lacs (per day). As a tehsildar, you would have your own office, secrecy and above all great PR with the ministers and landlords :haha .

2. AD NAB is not that much independent. He can also earn in millions but he remains under direct check of his seniors. So, he seldom dare earning illegal money. Tehsildar, on the other hand, does it with impunity. :thinking . Yes, the positive side of NAB is its rapid promotions. An AD promotes to DD within 5 years. It, however, takes long for tehsildar to get promoted to bs 17.

Tehsildar is no more in Punjab...

that sounds ridiculous...can you please name the AD NAB who left his job for becoming Tehsildar...besides after Computerization Tehsildar has lost his relevance, significance to a great extent.

Fully agreed, DIRECTOR NAB is a good job and far far better than that of Tehsildar. Even I will not join tehsildar if I am allocated in even OMG group or DAD Nab :d However, it is all ones choice.

Brother I have applied for Tehsildar here in KPK. I have started my preparation, Can you give me few guidelines regarding the [reparation. How should I prepare myself for Essay writing and Precis? Do refer me any good book in order to get a basic idea. Looking forward to you response.

tehsildar ki training kitna arsa hoti hai punjab main

Tehsildar is Best.
