District Education Officer BS 18 had more relevent to the BS 17 bcz it had more GK questions then BS17

As per syllabus mentioned in ppsc advertisement no 31/2016 the test for the post of deo bs17 was general ability but almost 3/4th paper was on b.ed and research methodology what was the reason of it?

I have submitted a complaint to secretary ppsc about out of syllabus paper .lets see what happens

Dear i wrote a letter to the secretary ppsc complaining against the violation .you are also requested to do the same and also convince the other victims so that our complaint would have some legs to stand.
