Can any 1 please share the job nature of this post and also it mentioned

Certificate in support of the above physical measurements, from the MEDICAL SUPERINTENDENT of any of the District Headquarters Hospital or Services Hospital, Lahore issued on or before closing date.

Where can i get this from Rawalpindi.

dear aamir
i am facing the same problem as i am from Faisalabad ,and i don't know how to produce this medical certificate,as far as my thinking is concerned,i think visit of lahore is necessary.

I have been searching around and contacted an ASJ and he said it can be made in the District Headquarter Hospital or DHQ in your area i have already found it in Rawalpindi and will go there tomorrow.
