Chairman asked me to take a seat. Ok gentleman briefly tell me about your educational career. I tried to start from Primary he jumped in and ask me to skip that. I told him about rest of the record. Since my Last degree was LLB so be asked me about my grade in LLB whether it was A or not. I replied that my uni has GPA system ( as almost other ) but he was not aware and when i told him about my CGPA he kept asking me whether its A or not. After some argument a panel member answered him that it is not A grade or B grade rather CGPA system.

Ok what do you want to do in your life. You are a lawyer why do not you practice.

While i was answering, the chairman jumped in and tried to show me how immoral are we and then the lengthy debate started about why I want to join this mere clarical job. Arguments and Arguments... ( her sohni kuri changi zanai v sabit nii hondi) by this example he tried to tell me that why this Job is not of my standard or may be i was looking for illicit money.... it ended on a note that we all are corrupt. Every panel is using different criteria in evaluation, this is so stupid.
The parameter should be same for all.

My cousin said she was just asked about her introduction, hobbies, books and nature of the job.

So many different panels for a single job doesn't make any sense. At one hand, there is FPSC who take way too much time in concluding a case and on the other hand we have PPSC who in their eagerness to wind up early tend to ignore some key aspects of the process.
Why can't we do anything right in this country? I am not venting my frustration as i am still to appear in the interview but certainly this does not seem a level playing field for all the candidates.

This is the point.

ppsc is hurriedly carrying out recruitments when when so much of candidates is at stake.

We can never stay satisfied at anything........ All the panelists are qualified people so your frustration holds no meaning. It solely depends on the panelists as to how they conduct interview, and it looks good that they are implementing various aspects of interview at the same time. There is no sense in saying that the interviewers should ask same questions from all the candidates as this is not possible . On the whole ppsc doing good job .
