I have done 4 years BBA Hons that is Business Adminstration.... as mentioned in advertisement... am i elegible?

I have Behavioral Sciences degree with major in Anthro, Sociology and Psychology. Does it make me eligible for Population Welfare?

According to the PPSC "Candidates having BBA (Hons) have to provide equivalence certificate from HEC or QEDC of the concerned Department."
