4 Years Bachelors is "Under Grad", they asked for "Post Grad", M.S/M.Phil is Post Grad Degree.

I think if you have MS/MPhil degree you are eligible to apply. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

post graduate means any degree like MA/MSc/MCs/MPhil/Phd after bachelor.

No, you have an under grad degree. In order to apply, you must have a post grad degree, like MA, MSc, MCS, MPhil etc.

According to the PPSC "Candidates having BBA (Hons) have to provide equivalence certificate from HEC or QEDC of the concerned Department."
