Smile Any chance of throughout second division holder in PPSC Recruitment
Friends!!
I have throughout 2nd division in my academic background. I cleared my first test of LRO(BS-16) but could not got allocated, although my interview went fine.
I got to know from the PPSC forum that PPSC never allocate 2nd division holders, I am so worried.
Is there any second division holder who got selected for a job via PPSC?
Please give your valuable input.

A second division will get 32 or 33 academic marks in ppsc.While a first division candidate will get 35 or 36 marks in most cases.You can cover this deficit of 4 marks by your good interview which stands for 100 marks and your written which has 50 marks.

But the issue is, during interview when presiding member see your documents. He intentionally give low marks considering academic background.
I faced it in LRO's interview.

In my humble opinion,I don't think majority panel members will intentionally give low marks to second divisioners.However,if you believe it then you can perhaps try to improve your gpa or division by reappearing in the latest degree exam.If you go through fpsc's detailed annual report then you will find out that many second division holders have been allocated in css.

i missed my first division in FSC by 1 mark , does it matters ? rest i got first and high first in BA and MBA ?

Bro I have 3.3 cgpa in Honors ... but still this happened with me just because I had 2 second divisions in Matric and FSC.
