Dear as you mentioned earlier that You are working as Educator BPS-14 .So You choosed to apply for lesser scale .These posts are of 11-BPS.So in terms of scale its lesser than your current and also it would be lasser in salary too,comparatively your current.

Talking about better between these two ,both are good ,Teaching is a noble profession you already working in.you can find further opportunity in Education Department and sector.So its now your satisfaction and calculation that are you satisfied and good at your current profession or you are working on different tasks.you wanna do in your future.

when result will be announced.in my opinion tomorrow may be because they entered academic marks at the time of interview and only they need to add interview marks.they are quick in result announcement

Yes Academic marks and written test marks are already there.Interview marks were also had been given on the file relevant page where we had signed after interview that we have received our original Documents.that file straightly forwarded to the data processing clerk.So They are quick,but i think up to saturday we might get our final result.

saturday is off so friday is possible otherwise monday and so on.one other thing i mention about appearing in pms.some people saying it will have a negative impact on members but they all know if a person is recommended in pms he will definately join it irrespect of of good salary or other job.in another interview one member asked me why you do not try pms.any one have this experience too

i have good academic marks 90,82,70% expecting 75+ in written i answered all questions very confidently so i am hoping for my success

Yesterday pakpattan District Candidates got their final call.in case of saturday off.hoping that they would up load result on monday.Yes they also asked that why you didn't try PMS.
In Sha Allah Almighty will grant us a successful end. Insha Allah.
