It was my first interview in ppsc.it was totally a totally.i was confused as well.they ask me following questions , i only able to ans some of them.there were 3 members asking questions.
1.introduce urself
2.ap yh job q krna chty ho?
3.then
ask some abbrevations.
4.many gk queetions,cpec , curent foreign minister , etc.
5.then ask about coperative society questions
6.then again gk question
i m sure i will not gona be recomended , feel sad, but atleast i got some experience.

I am currently serving as educator bps 14 in education department. Should i go for interview or not ??

Please Go for it.It would enhance Your Experience. May be after some time You get an opportunity to put yourself for lectureship in Higher Education Department.

Yes in my Interview there were 3 member also,after introductory part a member who belongs to Cooperative departments asked number of Q about Cooperative department.some of i answered and in some i said sorry.GK Q were also asked by another member starting from myanmar muslims throwing back to sir syed ahmed khan mohammadan Educational conference.So it went average 60%,to 70% well.A staff member of ppsc regional office rwp outside when i finished he frankly had a chit chat with me about interview .when i mentioned all these he said they asked like PMS level interview Q.he was astonished
