can a candidate be punished for having some police record relating his ancestors, for example!
there are cases.such as ..!
men working in real estate normally, have legal proceedings, relating fraud , coercion, payment issues etc..
so will his children be deprived of govt. job on that basis?

sometimes homeopathics have cases against them relating negligence and false medicine, so will his children be rejected also?

and most normal is inheritance cases , if parents have been having inheritance cases , what is the place of their children in government jobs?
