i have already posted here my issue few days back but no body bother even try to reply my post.

currently, i m working as an Assistant in Livestock department on BS-16, while i have made my mind to apply any other post through ppsc on higher scale. but my department is not ready to provide me NOC.

what should i do?
can i apply in ppsc by keeping my current job in secret and show them as a fresh candidate?

please please reply my post with decent reply.

Yes you can apply. While applying, do not mention your current job. Even in interview, if called, don not tell them about current job. After selection, resign from current job and shift to new job.
