I want to know what is an Assistant private Secretary is?and what are the responsibilities of this portfolio? and future?

A promoted shape of steno typist, it is further promoted to private secretary and then senior private secretary, main responsibility is to take dictation from the concerned officer and then type it. He is generally called as PA.

u mean shorthand course of three years ?

or just knowledge of short hand typing ?

they merely demanded graduation in the ad

bro kindly give more information .

not required any course but you have to pass the short hand test
