AOA! this is my first post to this forum. i want to prepare myself for assistant post test will be taken by ppsc. how to prepare and what syllabus should be well prepared for the test??

Kindly someone tell me about this job like duties, perks and privileges? I am already doing a job in BPS 14, should I have to go for it or not?

Same question I am serving in bps_14 and getting 51k net salary..... Will it be good for me to join assistant after selection or not?
