Default PPSC one paper mcqs marks calculation

A.O.A i want to know what is the one paper mcqs marks calculation criteria of ppsc. Whether 0.5 or 1.5 marks are deducted for a wrong answer and whether unmarked questions are also considered wrong or not. Thanks

W.salam,
PPSC deduct .5 marks against one "Wrong" answer. wrong answer doesn't include the blank ones. wrong only means what you have attempted and are wrong choices.
eg. you have attempted 60 MCQs in total, out of which 10 are incorrect, your total score would be 50(Correct)-5(against 10 wrong answers)=45
cheers

Thanks. it is very helpful. Actually this 0.5 marks deduction rule is getting on my nerves now. Before this rule was applied i managed to secure 60-70 marks in one paper mcqs type test. but since 0.5 rule has been applied i only secured marks between 50-60.it so worrisome TBH.

I appeared in a exam dated 03-06-2018
there was clearly mention on Sheet that 0.25 marks will be deducted for 1 wrong mcq...
but on ppsc website it is written that 0.5 will deduct...
don't know about actual deduction
