Post Information regarding NOC
Brother anyone have knowledge regarding noc for PPSC then please share.
Recently I am selected in Prison Dept. I called Ppsc that either NOC is necessary for PMS if i passed, he said yes, but in reality, I have selected recently after given PMS exam.
Senior please guide in this regard.

If you have joined prisons then you'll have to take NOC for PMS's next stage i.e interview etc. If before joining prisons you are recommended for PMS then no NOC you may join either. Selection doesn't require NOC.

Can you please provide rules regarding NOC to me?
I have called PPSC Lahore ,he said that no need for NOC but by mail he said that NOC is necessary.

You need NOC only if U r a Govt servant.
The day u join service, from that day u need NOC for every job applied earlier or later. Go through Estacode 2007 chapter III (serial no 20 onwards).

Default not issue NOC for apply before joining
Aoa sir I’ve applied for have applied for the post of Sub Inspector Open merit Lahore Region (BS-14). The closing date of application was 22.07.2019. Meanwhile, I was recommended in Labour & Human Resources Department (Punjab Workers Welfare Board, Lahore) as Junior Clerk (BS-11) by PPSC and I joined on 03.01.2020. Now PPSC demanded NOC and gave me 10 Days to submit it but the aforementioned is not consider my application to issue me NOC as they arguing that they are not responsible for giving NOC for post that I applied before joining.

please guide me what to do.. you had same case so please tell me what you had done for it
