unable to find advertsement of this case, kindly someone guide .

PUNJAB PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION
SUBJECT: RECRUITMENT TO THE POSTS OF ASSISTANT (BS-16) IN
LAHORE HIGH COURT, LAHORE.
CASE NO. 3P-2017
SYLLABUS for the post of Assistant (BS-16) Lahore High Court, Lahore is
as under: -
“MCQs encompassing fields of English language (Grammar &
Composition) General Knowledge, General I.Q. and Basic skill in
Computer Components and Applications like MS Word, Excel, Power
Point, Internet Browsing, E-mail etc.

These posts were to be announced in 2017 but requisition was returned. Case number with 2017 and going to be announced in 2018, isn't it strange. Assistant in high court case no will be with 2018 tag , not 2017

Will these seats have same syllabus or it may change this year ??
