Can we apply for DG n&c and region wise simultaneously ?
Yes you can,all you need is to submit fees separately for both,ie two fee receipts for two cases and apply twice, one for your respective regional quota and one for the open merit posts which is SR#1..,if one is willing to apply for SR#1,2 and the regional quota, one will have to submit 3 separate fees and subsequently will have to apply 3 times online. |
is this a uniform job?
They wear uniform only during raids and pickets, where they usually establish pickets to inspect vehicle registration and token taxes etc. So, they wear uniform on very few days. For office work they don't wear uniform. |

you can apply for the three, your division, GHQ, and directorate( if not forgetting the name), most probably it would be the same test but you have to apply, pay the fee, for the three categories. |

Kitny marks chy hoty hain interview k liy plz someone tell me
|
Kitny marks chy hoty hain interview k liy plz someone tell me
For qualifying the written part of the test there is no specific threshold . PPSC declares top five candidates against a post as qualified . For instance if total number of seats is 5 , ppsc will declare top 25 candidates as qualified and they would be called for interview . That's why merit for various posts remains different . Where there is number of post huge , merit gets low . For instance in 2015 the number of seats for the post of lecturer was 100 plus and the merit remained as low as 45 . While for the post of Assistant Director Civil Defence where there were two seats only , the merit remained 89.25 . Luckily I qualified both these tests .
Those who are declared qualified they are called for the interview . The final merit is declared by including the marks of written plus the marks of interview plus the marks of academics . Now the top students who have total of all these three higher , they are selected according to the number of seats . The criteria is 1/2 of written marks Marks of Interview out of hundred Marks of academics out of 40 . For instance of one scores 60/100 in the written and 70/100 in the interview and one٫s academic according to ppsc formula is 35/40 , the grand total would be . (Half of 60) : 30 + 70+ 35 : 135 |

These MCQS are taken from Pak Studies / Pak History Islamic Study / Islamic History Everyday Science Basic Arithmetics Basic English Urdu Current Affairs General Knowledge The test isn't tough one nor its preparation is some difficult science . |
Could you please give me some some tips to remember the dates i most probably forgot after some days so please share some experience.
[B][I]One usually forgets the dates as one has to remember and memorize a good number of dates and they often get mixed. However, the way to keep them from getting forgotten , one needs to write down important dates which are often repeated on some copy or diary and should revise before going to the test or examination. Secondly , always prepare them in the chronological order. Like at the time of my preparations days , I had made list with chronological order of the most important events of Pakistan Movement, Post Partition events, from the life of Quaid e Azam, Iqbal etc. In the same way the chronological order of Mughal dynasty and certain most important events happened during that. Remember , this list should contain certain most important events and dates only which are often repeatedly asked in the tests and exams and try to keep the list short. That's how I was able to remember a good number of important dates and events which helped me pass numerous tests including the test for AD Civil Defence where merit was closed at 89.25 and where I was able to obtain 93/100 marks. Really thanks is there any source which using chronological order of pakistan history or Pak study?
