Help me answer an interview question

I am already working as Assistant Director (BS-17) in an autonomous provincial corporation. Now, I have qualified for the interview of CEO / DMO posts. I need suggestions on what should I answer if the interviewer asks me why I want to leave this particular organization and join LGBD when I am already working at 17th scale.

Need your suggestions on this.

No one can answer this for you better than yourself. Simply, tell them the actual reason why you want to leave your current job, you must have a reason for leaving the current one for this one. When the panel asked me this question, I gave them the actual reason and that reason was, "I want to leave the current position for this one because it offers better pay, better career growth and better chances of promotion."
