Default TMO interview
I have cleared the written test for TMO CEO post. Extremely confused pertaining to the interview. Could someone please guide me regarding that?

First of all, you don't need to worry about the interview. Just be yourself. (Being yourself does not mean being weird). Be calm and sober. Have a glance at your Master subject's basic concepts, current affairs and also read about the functioning of local governments, municipal corporations and 18th amendment.

Also, you should be able to answer the question that why you should be selected for the said job? Prepare an answer depicting that your skills match for this job and you have good administrative skills. You should present yourself as a leader who can effectively deal with different stakeholders.

Don't be pretentious. A little bit exaggeration of your abilities is Okay but not too much.

Second, could u plz provide material on 18th amendment n its link wd Local government, working of local government n local government bill???
