Default Medical before applying for Sub Inspector.
Anyone who has gone through the medical for the recent SI post kindly tell me where to get that medical done and whole procedure.

Go to your nearest DHQ hospital. Go to the counter and ask them to make you a medical for Punjab Police SI. They will take following tests
Eyesight, height, weight, chest , blood/urine.

I don't know about the costs of the tests. But these are the required tests.
After the tests, you would get your signed medical certificate. You will have to enter the same data in the online form.

I live in Islamabad so I would have to go to Rawalpindi right? And any documents required?

Only ID card is required for Medical.. yes you will have to go to Rawalpindi

How to fill the online physical form. My vision is 6/6 BEJ on medical certificate dont know how to fill this info online.
