TMO post is not replaced by Chief Officer/Municipal Officer. Both posts are intact.

What shall be the syllabus for the test?
Can we expect the same syllabus as that of tehsildar?

Role of TMO in Tehsil is to look after and sign on budgets of the municipal development projects like street lights, sewerage, repairing of streets and other this type of projects.

previously these jobs were directly announced by the concerned department..... 1st time ever these are going to be announced through PPSC..... anyone knows the syllabus....

No, previously these jobs were not announced direct by concerned department, PPSC announced these jobs also before, but I am surprised to know that only graduation with second division will be required because last time bachelor in city planning was required for the said posts.

Syllabus will be mentioned for the test on advertisement.

I have checked that page which address you have given, I think this news is taken from a local news paper which makes a lot of blunders. I saw the advertisement of TMOs on PPSC website some years ago, it is possible that it is first time that they will recruit TMOs through PPSC and simple BA will be required because before that bachelor in city planning was required.

can you please tell me that when previous batch of TMOs was recruited through PPSC...?? and what is the current status of that batch....
