What would be the passing marks?

what will be the expected merit??

In my opinion it will be between 77 and 85 , depending on the number number of seats and the applicants from respective regions.

It might be not the right place to post my query here.

But I was very upset during the test of Excise and taxation because some one was saying that by not marking any answer, negative marking won't be applied.
Then some other one said that by not choosing any option, it considers to be a wrong answer, and negative marking is applied there.

So please guide according to the rules of PPSC.

0.25 marks are deducted for each incorrect answer. The questions we left unticked/unfilled, negative marking won't be applied for these questions.

Well I think merit will not be as high between 77 and 85..Labour officer paper was comparitavely easy as compared to E&T..the merit in Lab off is 65

But brother less number of posts in some divisions also need to be taken into consideration for example in my division Rawalpindi there are two seats for male and about 170 candidates appeared if not more...so that is why merit is expected to be a bit tough for E&T... :unsure:
