ii) Pakistan Penal Code, 1860.
iii) Qanun-e-Shahadat Order, 1984 alongwith Precedent Law.
iv) Limitation Act
v) Punjab Criminal Prosecution Service Act, 2006
vi) Control of Narcotics Substances Act, 1997.
vii) Manual of Civil Servant Act, Efficiency & Discipline Rules / Punjab Employees Efficiency, Discipline and Accountability Act 2006.

PART-II (20 marks)
viii) Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973.
ix) High Court Rules and Orders
