There should have been five years age relaxation rather than 2 years.

is cce 2017 for a new batch? or is it the one that was taken in 2013 and is going to be taken again?

It is new one and has nothing to do with CCE-2013.

Age limit is fine because CSS also eligibilizes 30 years.
