Default Character Certificate!
@GazzanKhan dear I have a confusion regarding character certificate. In guidelines it says one is supposed to submit two character certificates: One from last Uni/college attended and other from two reliable referees. Currently I am abroad doing Masters so should i submit character certificate issued by current institute or the same from my previous institute-which is in Pakistan-would suffice?

Produce character certificate of the head of department/institute of the institute from where you have acquired the degree which makes you eligible for CCE 2018 i.e. bachelors or master's on basis of which you are applying for CCE

Question Online form submission
Friends I have a query regarding online form submission of CCE18.
After putting details about subjects, challan and examination center when I wanted to print form the date of my Bachelor's degree was like: 31/08/-0001 .. I don't know when it got changed in my profile... So I updated my educational field... (I have corrected date of graduation...)....now form shows the correct date of bachelor's degree...

Now kindly tell me if I submit form with new date would it be good or do I need to approach then for correction in online database ( as my date of BACHELOR'S was wrong at the time of form submission..which I didn't know...) ....need advice from Seniors... I don't want my form to be rejected at any cost...

can any senior please clarify these two requirements as im a fresh aspirant and applying for the first time.

ii. Certificate from the Controller of Examinations of the University showing the exact date of the announcement of the result.

What type certificate is that ? are they referring to my graduation 'Mark Sheet' which was issued by the controller of examinations of the University ? what exactly is this 'certificate' ?

B. Character certificates from two responsible persons who are well acquainted with him/her in private life and or not connected with his/her University or College or School
.
Do i have to request two character certificates from two BPS 17 grade or above officers ? or any family member ? this is so confusing and important as you all know the SPSC guys dont mind rejection applications if a tiny bit of their pointless requirements aren't met.

1. You need to submit attested copies of degree, marksheet and result declaration certificate

2. It is better to get the character certificates from BPS 17 officers as there are no clear guidelines as who may issue the certificates and who may not...

Thanks Gazaan, degree and marksheet to theek hai but what's 'result declaration certificate' ? it says a 'Certificate from the Controller of Examinations of the University showing the exact date of the announcement of the result' ? i did my bachelors from the University of Karachi ? is that a separate certificate ? do i have to apply for it ?

Degree and marksheet will be enough if the result declaration date is mentioned on either of them... if not, you have to apply for the Result Declaration Certificate or Date of Announcement Certificate and attach it to the application form along with other documents...

what its mean? it is a instruction given in online application form of cce 2018.

The following documents must be sent along with the application form:-
1. A Certificate from the University that the candidate has passed the Degree Examination.
2. Certificate from the Controller of Examinations of the University showing the exact date of the announcement of the result.
