If someone fails in screening test will that also be counted in the three attempts limit?

How is it possible? CCE-2018 is still ongoing. Result of cce-2018 screening is still pending. And now cce-2019?

No. Appearing in written exams and attempting the first paper would be counted as first attempt.

SPSC doed not want hard copy of the form filled for CCE2019. why?

It is my humble request to SPSC that for CCE-2019, only the fees of screening test should be taken rather than complete fees of competitive exam because only the one who succeeds in screening test would sit in competitive exam. So the one who doesn't succeed in screening test looses the whole fees of competitive exam. When FPSC takes fees of Competitive exam, they allow all the applicants to sit in competitive whereas if SPSC is conducting screening test prior to competitive then fees should also be charged accordingly. The normal fees of screening test by testing agencies in Pakistan is 300. Therefore, it is requested that SPSC should charge 300 for screening test and rest of the amount i.e. 700 should only be charged at later stage when the candidate is appearing for competitive. Thanks.

There is no mention of the posts on the notice on spsc website. And when will the screening test be conducted in 2018 or 2019 and exams??

And what about those who failed the screening test 2018. Do we have now only 2 attempts remaining if we have failed the screening test 2018???

Attempt will be counted from CCE-19.
