Default Suggestions for Quality/Standard Education in Sindh Province

Must Read out Please!
Education & Literacy Department Government of Sindh (SELD) is in a great Rush to promote Government Teachers and give them time scales. Which is a commendable and just decision. However on the other hand if we see Sindh is the most backward province as far as quality of education and literacy ratio is concerned.
There still exist various Ghost Schools particularly in far and flong areas of Sindh Province. The current Poor Educational Standards in Sindh are known to every body.
Copy culture, killing of merit, and corrupt BISEs including inefficient Government Teachers who were appointed either on the basis of political affiliations or through heavy bribes, etc are one of the major causes of the downfall of Quality / Standard Education in Sindh.
Passive approach and role of Sindhi Civil Society, deficiency of infrastructure and facilities as well as very meagre budget allocation are also some the main causes of poor education standards in Sindh.
Now my point of concern is this that instead of promoting Government Teachers blindly there must be a proper check & balance system by which all the teachers must be tested and ensured that whether they are capable enough to be promoted on the next level or not.
All the Government Teachers must be tested through proper mechanism before seeking any promotion so that able and efficient Teachers may come up and improve quality education in Sindh.
On the other hand all the BISEs in Sindh immediately be closed in order to stop copy culture, killing of merit and corrupt practices. Schools and Colleges should be given powers to conduct semester based exams.
All basic facilities such as Libraries, Science & Computer Labs, Drinking Water, Sports Equipment, Furniture & Fixtures, Electricity, Washrooms, Airy and wide open classrooms, offices, etc may immediately be provided to all the Government Schools. Until and unless there would be no any improvement as far as Quality Education and improvement in Literacy Ratio is concerned.
