Situation of Sindh is different from other provices. Sindh has diverse ethinic groups: Mohajar, Sindhi, Baloch, Pathan, Brahuai, and Punjabi. The demographics show that population of Pukhtoon are much more then any other city of Pakistan, Sindhi ethnic group was threnten by Moharji in terms of jobs and opportunities. Baloch are migrant to Sindh and converts Sindh Majority into Minority. So, the issue is more ethnic than political and economic.

Sindh has no political socialisation, concepts of democracy, norms of social organization and political literacy. The voting behaviour of Sindhi people are based on primitive form of voting criteria that is vote on basis of language and ethnicity. Let compare Punjabi people voting behaviour with Sindhi, Punjab based PMN-L had elected for two after dictatorship of Musharaf because services of PMN-L governments towards people by Metro bus services, and orange line project. People of Punjab loves them because they worked for them. Sindhi people voted people's party on based on Ethinicity.

Sindh government and servants of government have no intention to develop provinces at same lines as Punjab.

Excellent thoughts,
Sindh R and Sindh Urban bifurcation is dividing our province.
Government must present bills to amend laws from university to jobs.
our uncontested elected representatives have to take initiative for the betterment of people.
an urdu speaking brother/sister who has domicile of sindh has equal right to get admission in any upper region of larkana and vice versa for our upper region brothers.

may Allah bless our society.
but what is happening take a look at following points.

1. Rural woman who is working for her house is represents in Assembly by DHA woman
2. a farmer is represented by landlord
3. a university is represented by Governor who is inter pass
4. and home department -- see comments pf PSP Dr. RiZAWAN
