PMS Punjab seems comparatively easier than PCS Sindh..
After gone through Pak Affair and GK Papers

The questions of PPSC seem to be set by well educated persons. While, SPSC is a corrupt department what it shows its past and present history. The paper setters might have been appointed by corruption, that is why the papers of SPSC are set unprofessionaly.

Are you trying to say that corrupt officials set better papers than those professionals appointed by PPSC?

I second with Emran, papers of SPSC were much better demanding analytical approach and diversified knowledge to write each and every question asked in all papers.

Corrupt people are not professional. They will just make difficult paper, cramming based. While educated and professional set questions in a way that if a candidate who has gone through all the syllabus, will be able to attempt the paper. Paper will look very difficult but will be easy to attempt. Let me give you an instance; SPSC asks "Where is Kaho jo Daro"? PPSC or any other institution, based their professional faculty, will likely ask same question like The Kahu jo Daro is an ancient place, what needs to be done to protect such heritage? Now see the difference what I meant to! I think that is the difference what seems apparently.

PPSC Pak Affair questions were simple and bookish...Thoough there were negative marking in GK paper but paper was quit simple one can make 70 easily

Syllabus is availabe on SPSC site. While, you should check past papers for preparation. Pcs-2020 will be taken form new syllabus, so yet nobody knows paper patterns.
