Query Regarding PSC Application Form
 

I have been calling SPSC since yesterday to get information on stuff, but they are not responding. So can you please tell me what should I mention in the blanks given for PLACE and CENTRE? (I reside in Karachi). Or is it that it will be filled by the Commission?

My second query is about the OPTIONAL FORM. I have already mentioned the Names of Posts/Services according to my order of preference, under the heading ''NAME OF THE POST/SERVICE FOR WHICH CANDIDATE WISHES TO BE CONSIDERED IN THE ORDER OF PREFERENCE''. However, there is another heading (''NAME OF POST/SERVICE'') above this heading. What is to be written in the spaces given below it?
