Default Revised Scope and Syllabus of Screening Test for C.C.E, 2018

SPSC has revised CCE-2018 screening syllabus, now negative marking will also be included in the screening test.

Now we have to go extra mile and increase our prep...what do you think? What is the purpose of revising syllabus?

Isn't it obvious ? 43K is too much of candidates and only way of reducing the number of successful candidates or I should say "filtering the candidates" is tougher screening test and negative marking is one such tool to make it happen.

A good decision to ensure more merit in the test ! TUKAA factor will definitely lose its weightage with the introduction of negative marking!

@Leo... Hopefully, the ST will be conducted on prescribed dates this time... and why it should not be? I mean which illogical excuse the spsc will come up with this time about the further postponement of the test !!!

@GazaanKhan
Reason is simple though it may be illogical but a good excuse it can be. As these days especially in the first days of coming month general elections will be approaching. In my perception, it is somewhat not easy for spsc to manage conduction of screening tests in different centres especially on July 07. Moreover, I have come to know from different quarters that it will likely to be postponed and mostly everyone supports his/her justification on the excuse of elections. Actually, I exactly don't know how much elections will have impact on test or it is just our whims and fantasies. I just want to clear it out from you. Actually, I am an Electrical Engineer and I have been preparing my field subjects as test for that is announced on 23 june. That is why, I am confused a lot regarding this. Postponement of test would surely be blessing in disguise for me.

Let's see.... but one thing is for sure that ST will not take place before the announcement of CCE 2013 result... as it turns out that not much time is left in ST, the possibility of the result announcement in a couple of days seems way too high, only if SPSC really intends to conduct ST on time!
