please stop glorifying the Assistant Superintendent Jail Post to be ASP. It is not assistant superintendent prison it is assistant superintendent jail ASJ. The said post is grade 16 post and has a very limited authority. ASJ is subordinate to Deputy SJ and Superintendent as well.
