Any one appearing for DDO/Section officer exams ? Have any idea about the expected date of exams? want to share any useful idea/data/study material/patteran/advice?
Today I have enquired from SPSC regarding the exam, i have been told that there is massive load of work over them for scrutinzing and ordering the forms as beacuse of age relaxation they have got an unexpected number of forms. so they are not in a postion to give any estimated date.
assistance will be highly appreciated.

i have come to know through some reliable sources that combined exam might take place in nov/dec not bf than that.

Yeap, Thats sounds authentic, examinations are predicted in Nov 2008, I feel somber over the pathetic working of SPSC as compare to other public services commisions and authorities. Too much politicalized, indulged in so many absurd workings that they are not even able to conduct even a single competative examination as per schedule. So many times I have attempted to approch to concerns regarding information and all the time i have got ridiculous annotations. Even once the CLERK BADSHAH exploded a news over me, that all the previous applicant and their forms have become null and void and commision is planning to commence a fresh submission of applications. It is pretinent mentioning here that Establishment Div and my ministry has allowed me to appear in the exam (NOC) right after one month of my request and still no sign of examinations. SPSC ought to issue an estimated schedule atonce. I dont know what credablity SPSC is earning with this or probably they are not in need of any credablity.

dear hassan the information given by clerk is also correct.there are many considerations abt exams and this is one of these.

Yes i agree there is a delay in exams. i had contacted with one of the rep: she told me that you again need to contact with SPSC in first week of Jan-2009. exams date is not confirm so far.

let wait and see what happens.

by the way can any one tell us the story with Mukhtairkar positions.

According to some reliable sources of SPSC that all (approximately 25 to 30 thousand pplications) for combined competitive examination are bloody thrown in one of the rooms untouched. Hypothetically if they start sorting them out for the sake of issuing admit cards it would approximately take minimum three months. This issue needs to be raised at different forums that what the hell those almost 100-150 employees of SPSC at Hyderabad have been doing since last one year after the initial lodgement of applications.!!!!!!??????

I think kind of efficiency they have showed in conducting exams then Allah knows that how much more time will they be taking for declaring results and final allocation. There are stronger apprehensions that CCE-2208 would be delayed for indefinited period like they did in the case of Mukhtiarkars. Further more, recently age relaxation has been second time risen up by another 5 years and that makes a point for issuing another fresh advertisement completing hat-trick of advertisements for CCE-2008.

well dear, it is heard tht the PCS in going to held from 7th of April 2009.. baaki Allah Saeen khe paarat .. Democratic govt. hai kuch bh hosakta hai.. after all its Democracy... kisi time bh xpected so u be ready...

Today I happened to talk with SPSC exam section officials. To them combined competitive exam will most probably be held from 6th April. Time table has been finalized but exam centers reservation is still pending. As soon as exam centre reservation is finalized schedule will be made public.


But it's an open secret that our provincial public service commissions are at the mercy of our politicians. We can expect any thing. (These are my own views not of SPSC officials).
