There is special request to Sindh domicile hloders to plz.pay heed and unite:
Public Service Commissions of all provinces of Pakistan except Sindh are functional and immune from political and commission authorities corruption.

But Sindh Public Service Commission has been dysfunctional since many years and political interferrence is rife here. Now the different posts of Works and Services Department that were to be filled by the SPSC have been taken back by the CM of Sindh. This all has become due to corrupt chairman of the SPSC and the CM that plays havoc with the education of Sindh and merit.

There is dire need to be united to bring to justice the CM of Sindh and the focal authorities of SPSC.All Sindh domicile holders and the affected are requested to gather at a platform and drag the responsible to the HIgh Court Sindh and the Supreme Court Pakistan.

Plz.contact to me and cooperate so that we may save the SPSC for us and the comming generations.

i guess one shud also protest against de delay in result of CCE 2008, its nearly been 8 damn month. and de SPCS department is still sleepin sluggishly & selflessly.....

The educated class of Sindh has been looking towards you to save their future and the set back that education receives in Sindh in form of corruption, political interference and the irregularities in the Sindh public Service Commission.You are requested to do needful to address the grievances of the affected educated class and remove frustration by considering the following points:



(1) The SPSC conducted Viva from 143 written qualified candidates for 37 posts of Assistant BPS-14, in the Works and Services Department Sindh, from 22 November to 25 November 2009.But the result was not declared up to 12 January 2010.The delay was owing to inefficient and corrupt authorities of the SPSC. And, ultimately, the political interference overpowered the commission and it was published on a newspaper that the posts were taken back by the Works and Services Sindh Department on 12 January 2010 with the approval of Chief Minister of Sindh.

If the posts of Assistant were to be filled by the Works and Services Department, then why the money and time of the competent students was wasted since the written test in June 2009 till the withdrawing of seats on 12 January 2010?

(2) In 2003 the SPSC conducted Combined Competitive Exams, and in 2009 it appeared that the commission had declared many failures as pass and given executive posts. However, in 2009, some of the pass declared failures were dismissed from the posts and the then chairman also got bail before arrest bail. But these were not enough to immune the commission from political interference and corruption.

(3) Besides all these, the SPSC advertised in 2005 to fill the posts of Mukhtiarkar BPS-16, however admit cards were issued to the candidates and the date of the exams was given. But since 2005 up to 2010 these posts were advertised repeatedly, the admit cards issued again and again and from new to new dates were given but no exam has been conducted so far. This all was done just to earn millions of rupees and make mockery with the educated class of Sindh.

Now the educated class of Sindh is helpless and has been facing extreme frustration and waiting for help from your part to assist us to restore the taken back seats of Assistant BPS-14 Works and Services Department and to bring to justice the corrupt SPSC authorities, and save the commission from political interference. And take measures to activate the SPSC.

Despite acquiring 59% in written portion in CCE-2003 ; I was dragged down by cruel interviwers as awarding low marks in interview maring my position but could not raise voice having no association with great guns.

Dear what do u think if we collectively start a campaign agaisnt spsc,will bear a fruitful result?

As far as emails of the representives mentioned in your post are concerned,they will do nothing for our educated class,hailing from sindh.As it is worth to mention here that i myself wrote dozen of letters to the various editors of newspapers.most of them were published but actions are yet to be taken by our great leaders.

Spsc must be re-organised altogether and it should be free from political influence.

Last but not the least,i would suggest you to writer an application (contain names of all those who are willing to be a part of this campaign for the betterment of sindhi student as well as attach their N,I,C copies) and forward it to the chief justice of pakistan,President,Prime minister,Cm,All media channels including sindhi,urdu and english newspapers and Governor of Sindh for taking an immediate action in this regard.

Exactly, SPSC need to be overhauled, reorganized, rescheduled and reformed from political influence; otherwise mechanism of rewarding nearest and dearest will annihilate the meritorious candidates.

inquiry committee report of SPSC on CCE 2003

hope You all friends are fit and fine...since long i have been reading your comments under the thread.Discrepancies revealed in CCE 2003 examination ...infact i appreciate sharing of your point of views in form of healthy discussions....has anyone of you got a chance of taking a glimpse of inquiry Committee report..? infact i had got a chance..indeed its really a jolting one..as it speaks about each and every aspect of manipulation with concrete evidences in shape of annextures attached...may be thats why it was not allowed by the vested interest group to reach in the Sindh high court otherwise the entire picture would have been different...it speaks about nearly 70(seventy) candidates whose marks have been intentionally reduced to declare them fail in paper "History of Sindhi literature" .Hence proving the skin saving false claim of Mr. umer zaur, former alleged controller of SPSC,as a pack of lies..who attributed tempering/overwriting in the above said paper with the mistake of teacher in awarding the marks on the basis of 100 max marks ..according to his version, which were revised as the so called checker recalled/was made reminded that the max marks were 150......infact 13 candidates marks were raised in this paper to adjust them...so question does arises here...whether the papers of those 70 candidates whose marks were reduced even to zero in a few cases, were rechecked on the basis of 50max marks...?...friends its only the tip of the ice berg...God knows how many have been deprived of their due right...i have my self seen the main page of copies of those 70 students in form of annexture attached...
apart from that, it speaks about different form of tempering i.e change of answer sheets, raising of marks and manipulated allocation .
overall result of 47 candidates have been found tempered with in one form or the other.
Besides it also admits about the petitioners i.e Nabi bux sathio and muhammad saleem shaikh who were deprived of their due allocations despite qualifying written as well as interview part with considerable marks......moreover ,report recommends the declaring of result of 77 candidates as null and void and scrutiny of entire record for revised merit list based on the interviews of those candidates who were intentionally failed if any....so friends keep your fingers crossed and pray that merit will prevail....
