Please tel me the syllabus for the post of Lecturer in Economics (SPSC)... and if possible kindly ascertain the recommended books for the preparation.

Dear i have also applied for the post of Lecturer Economics and want to know the syllabus about the written test to be conducted. The Recruitment process is still under consideration of the SPSC and they will describe the syllabus in the list of candidates at their website or in the roll number slip to be dispacthed to the eligible candidates.

i have also applied for the same post(ECONOMICS). and i am also curious to know the date and pattern of the test. my friend said that there were only two section the test comprise one, relevent to ur subject and other is general knowlege. all questions were of MCQs type. he has cleared interview and entire process was TRANSPARENT.

Dear Spsc ...lecturer Economics, my friend has Qualified its very transparent...lecturer economics test is very easy and simple...just go thro k k devit and book of khawaja ..u can pass easily..plz dont rely on mcqs books of economics...

I have come to know through my peacemeal source at SPSC that Written Test for Lecturer (Economics) will be comprised of 50 MCQs (30 MCQs Subject Biased +20 MCQs General Knowledge including Current Affairs).......

@All prospective lecturers in Economics

1. Go through important areas of BA & MA Economics syllabus
2. Keep yourself updated about General Knowledge (Current political and economic happenings)
3. Read reports issued by State Bank of Pakistan regarding health of Pakistani economy
4. Memorize all important indicators such as GDP, Tax to GDP ratio, Per capita, Inflation & unemployment rates etc.
