salary package of BS 17 Assistant Director
I have qualified the examition of Assistant Director (Admin & Finance) conducted by SPSC, I would like to enquire from seniors about the salary package of BS 17 Assistant Director in Sindh Government.

Basic Pay = Rs. 9,850/-
House Rent= Rs. 4,432/- (i.e 45% of basic if posted in Kar, Hyd, Sukkur, Larkana, otherwise 30% of basic) Medical Allowance = Rs. 1,477/- (15% of running basic) Conveyance Allowance= 2,400/- (if posted in above mentioned cities otherwise 0) Gross Pay = 18159/- Compulsory Deductions: G.P Fund = Rs. 1380/- B.F Fund = Rs. 214/- Group Insurance = Rs. 150/- Total Deductions = Rs. 1744/- Net Pay = 16,415/- |
kindly also please tell me the differrence between Assistant Director and Section officer post in sindh government, can the directorate staff be transfered to secteriat or not???

AD is mostly a post for field offices. SO is primarily based in Secretariat of that department. In some departments AD can also be posted as SO.

Better visit any office of this department and meet with their officer. He will be in a better position to answer all your queries.
As far as the scope of service in Sindh Govt: is concerned I would say that if you are a CSS aspirant then treat this job as a sojourn and keep your gaze fixed on the superior services. If not then it is better to have a govt: job than wander jobless. |
