22k+ salary each month, minting money by being invigilators, no tension of taking classes, no hustle and bustle of reaching in time, , daily photographs and media exposure in front of press club in the guise of protests , any more privileges desired? thats the general observation of colleges in the interior of sindh.

This is pay for all Lecturers in Sindh without any difference of Rural and Urban from 1st May 2011.

Basic Pay = Rs. 9,850/-
Adhoc Allowance 15% = 1477
House Rent 45% = Rs. 4,432/-
Medical Allowance 15% = Rs. 1,477/-
Conveyance Allowance= 2,480/-
Adhoc Relief Allownce 50% Current = 4925
Gross Pay = 24641/-
Compulsory Deductions:
G.P Fund = Rs. 1380/-
B.F Fund = Rs. 214/-
Group Insurance = Rs. 150/-

Net Pay = Rs. 22897/-
