You should prepare your subject from your master level syllabus of computer science, no need to worry about that. SPSC never specifies the areas to be prepared for the test. They only mention that the level of the test will be of master level syllabus.

As far as past papers are concerned these are taken back by the SPSC so its a bit tough to get them. Instead of waiting for papers you should focus on studies so that you may be able to make it this time.

Check my pervious Post. read books to cover the topics , also you can go through to VU powerpoint slides to clear your concepts .
